This delicious smoothie is pure raspberry goodness. We used very ripe fresh raspberries but frozen would also work. Add a little more crushed ice if you want your smoothie on the thicker side. Enjoy!
Makes 2 large smoothies
- 2 cups fresh ripe raspberries
- 1 tbsp organic ground flaxseed meal
- 3/4 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup milk, plain kefir or almond milk
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 frozen bananas peeled and cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
Instructions: Combine all of the ingredients in your blender and puree until pulverized.
